Although it took a bit to let the big number finally set in.... We had an AMAZING time attending Debbie's 30th college reunion at Rollin's College in Winterpark, FL. We met up with some of her old classmates and had the opportunity to take a tour of the campus and see all of the new buildings and even the new Women's Golf Facility that was completed this year. Debbie's name still adorns the walls for all to see. Four-time All-American, Three Time Division II National Champion, Rollins Female Athlete of the Year, and Rollins Sports Hall of Fame Inductee 2003

Collier County had the 2nd highest potential annual gross rental yield projection at 14.7%
ATTOM’s Q1 2023 Single-Family Rental Market report, which ranks the best U.S. markets for buying single-family rental properties in 2023, listed four Florida counties near the top as rental-return opportunities for single-family homes.

Inventory Up and Prices Hold Steady in February
Buyers looking for homes in Naples during February were met with more choices as overall inventory increased 131.4 percent to 2,835 properties from 1,225 properties in February 2022. Broker analysts reviewing the February 2023 Market Report by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island), attribute some of the rise in inventory to Hurricane Ian as many sellers were forced to address and remedy damage caused by the storm before the property was ready to welcome buyers. February’s overall median closed price is the same as January’s median close price of $600,000.
