Real Estate Update

Upward Trend in Naples Real Estate Market

According to the November 2020 Market Report, released by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®), which tracks home listings and sales within Collier County (excluding Marco Island), the Naples real estate market continues to see an upward trend in both showings and closed sales. In November 2020, there were 36,508 showings, which represents a 43 percent increase over the same period in 2019.

Closed sales for the overall market increased 58.8 percent to 1,126 closed sales in November 2020, up from 709 closed sales in November 2019.

The first “Evening on Fifth” of the New Year comes to Fifth Avenue South in downtown Naples from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on January 14. Enjoy live music, shopping, dining and dancing along Naples’ historic Main Street. This popular free event will feature an array of live musical performances up and down the sidewalks along Fifth Avenue South. Restaurants and bars along the avenue will be offering specials on fabulous dining and drinks. Evenings on Fifth continues every second Thursday of the month.

With all of the painting supplies included, enjoy step-by-step instruction from an experienced and very entertaining artist along with a complimentary beverage of your choice. The Punta Gorda Craft Festival continues to grow and highlight the talents of many unique crafters, providing the area with one of its most enjoyable winter traditions. Come meet and visit with some of the nation’s best crafters while enjoying the charming streets of Punta Gorda.

The 2021 Semi-Annual Home & Garden Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday at the new Caloosa Sound Convention Center, adjacent to the Luminary Hotel. Now in its 25th year, the semi-annual Home & Garden Show features more than 100 local and regional companies that display and present products and services to homeowners.
